6500s not working - GSM-Forum

I am having difficulty with three 6500s.It either does not pick up the yessim or there is no network.i have tried boost mode/normal mode and also different PC.please advise.

downgrade firmware in phone on version 4.81 and all ok

still not working,i have downgraded to 4.81 it ask "start phone without sim card"

Frimware version : Yessim Firmware V : 2.3 (c)
MCC-MNC : 001-01
IMSI Patch Count : 1

where is the support for this matter? nokia 5310 is not reading the sim card also...
