Hi,
I bought a dutch 3g iphone with a T-mobile simlock and wanted to use this with a dutch vodafone simcard, thats why i got a y3g yessim.
When i putted it in my iphone with my simcard, it said -no sim-.
Then i bought the yessup to boost the yessim and modify my settings.
These are my settings right now
Jailbroken iphone 3g (8GB) 2.0.2
Searching YesUP..Found.
Reading Yessim info ..
Reading Yessim SN..OK.
Yessim SN : 0D002894
Frimware version : Yessim Iphone Firmware
MCC-MNC : 204-16
Mode : Boost Mode.
IMSI Patch Count : 1
And still i get -no sim-
I even did my own simcard in an other 3g phone and let it register on a 3g network, putted it back into my iphone with the yessim, restarted the iphone, and still -no sim-
I think it may have something to do with the "apn" setting, but i have only "vpn".And my vpn wants alot more then only apn, username and password.
What am i doing wrong or whatelse can i try.

Just to let you know, I changed my apn with apn changer, and still i get
-no sim-

Hi there,

I tried 2 Yessims on my N95 8gb Firmware v30.0.18 but none of them are working.
I just recieved a sim in a envelop put it in the phone with my own sim and it will NOT work!!!

Vodafone simlock and i try to put a T-Mobile card in....
Can someone help me please?

If it doesnt work try downgrade your N95 firmware. Older version works I know. Waiting for new updates from Yessim Coder.

this is tested, in the rest of firware we do not have the same result.
also serves all the nokia in: normal mode and pacth 1

I bought yessim last week and have been trying to program them for nokia's, motorolas, sony ericssons. And no Joy! Yessim needs to be more stable, to program more easily, and also should have settings pre set like the Iphone 3G yessim.

My experience with yessim; I think its a waste of TIME & £60!.

Unless yes sim brings out a update or another device to update this unstable way of programming. I definently wont be buying more.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

YESSIM LIST NEC N900IG is supported,but when i use any setting no result.cant read SIM.i write to yessim supported but no reply till now.
i have problem too with SHARP 904 SH after 2 days lost signal and wont back again.yessim promise will update but until now still NO RESULT.
i will lost my customer if i am still not have solution
ANY SOLUTION YESSIM TEAM????

I've got the same problem as 'polycomb'. 3G doesn't seem to work on the Dutch network KPN, even with full signal there is no GPRS and no 3G icon.
After flashing my Y3G the iPhone doens't recognize the SIM any longer, no matter what settings I user. Please help me out!

hi dear team of yess sim i have realy big probleme with yessim in moste of case the phone don't see the sim with different phones except in iphone it work like a charme in such phone it say insert sim the seting are approprieted in normale or boost mode i have the modified hard sim any suggestion please
