i keep getting error while reading one of my yessim, while the rest are fine. is it spoilt?

Reading Yessim info ..

Maybe you press too much yessim on the yesup....try to be more delicate...and you'll see you will read all yessim 100% times! I had same problem in past...

i had a few which i use with the same method and is able to read. only 1 pc is not able to read and keep giving error info.. so i dont think is how i press the yessim.

how about a direct link to get v1.7 as you need to register a second time after you click on download and for some reason my pc crashes with that site and i cant register. after this error I have to go into task manager to end iexplorer to unfreeze all current windows. so please give direct link from support not through another site

thanks i did manage to download from the site. but when i am update frimware it showing ( Connecting to server... SERVER is OFFLINE!!! )
