Red face yessim very bad support

i ask for support to use yessim for those model
my419x , lg ku450, lg u310 nothing no help no answer
i don't know why there's a support section ????????????????????

I don't think you realise how are we are working. I am onlye 17h a days to support everybody...email.... forum. I have 2 hands and one brain... Not very nice to hear such things

Why you don't help us just try and post feed back.

Regarding those phones what have you tried yet? And what problem you are facings?

i use the same setting as all lg in http://www.yessim.com/brand.php
nothing ; insert sim card or network problem !

I strongly disagree. Support is good but, product is very defective and many times they do not have answer to problems. That`s why you are still awaiting for response. Also is very good when you post a no working yessim or problem give the following:

Firmware you are using.
Hardware modification has been done or not.
You must put sim card without yessim on other phone catch network and make call then put it back in locked phone along with yessim.
Patch count used.
Boost mode or universal.

After all that info you may have or may not have answer to your problem.

Thx for reporting truth fact. We have few bugs that need to be solved and we are working hard on it

We will release new firmware that will solve the running bugs. Beta version will be available tomorow in server

The question is when yuo gonna solved this common problem or bugs...? becoz you have more beta version relesaed but the problem still exist...since you released this sim there`s no good news, why? coz everytime you give solution the more will give headache to us.
