cpf 2 vcc power low

sir, I have already change "power adapter","power cable", and instal in many PC, but the result is same. I test in other cpfbox the "power adapter & power cable" is good. I need the other solution Sir....


Is Voltage testing...
When circuit 1(6) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 4.11v
When circuit 2(8) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 3.58v
When circuit 3(10) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 4.10v
When circuit 4(12) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 3.57v
When circuit 5(14) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 4.10v
When circuit 6(16) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 3.56v
When circuit 7(18) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 4.10v
When circuit 8(20) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 3.56v
When circuit 9(21) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 4.10v
When circuit 10(4) set VCC, the voltage is excessively low, the value is 3.56v
