cpf box not work properly,plz help

hi phone-china,

sir my cpf box searching pinouts very easy, also format the phone properly..


but when i try to read any flash file from any phone, it can't save the file more than 10 kb size........


"for ur information , my cpf box working very good till feb, 2010 update,"


after it, all update not working well....


i hope it's software bug....


plz solve it as soon as possible

Note: Some data cables have different pin definitions at both ends, like cable E013, pin 3 and pin 13 are reversed and pin 7 and pin 17 are reversed. If holding pin 3 and pin 4 in cable phone end, the picture will say pin 13 and pin 4 causes short-circuit. Please distinguish it.

i was facing same problem but when i check on another computer with another window all is ok .How ever if mtk tool is not working then use Mtk Expended tool for reading flash file.
