Added some new Flash types
Improved for HYG0UGH0MF3P-5SH0E support
Improved 6600R2+TV00680002AAGD support

Update PHILIPS platform v1.10
Added boot file D(5230)
Supported 5230 and some Flash types

Update MTK Expanded platform V3.04
Added new button(phone info) on platform for new function
(phone info,phone lock,repair IMEI,touch screen calibration,import/load phone book)
Improved direct read lock code
Supported MTK new CPU 6238 read/write/unlock/format/phone info
