Help.. Box is not found,demo mode - GSM-Forum

I use cpf box for more than 1 year, and everything run normally.
Yeterday I want to use it, but it shows * Box is not found,demo mode.
Allready:
- change usb kabel
- uninstall & reinstall software & driver
- use another pc
- check adaptor
but no result
if connect cable from box to pc with adaptor or w/o adaptor, it shows “USB device not recognized” no “ding-dong”
at Universal Serial Bus Controllecr in device manager there is “unknown device”, but can’t update driver manually.
Please..! how to repair the box..??

Follow its.....

install main setup exe,install small updet setup,install PL2303 Driver,install FT232 Driver.then restart pc and connect box .

thnx habibrana.. as i explain above, ive already done your sugestion before, but not solved.
i think that's hardware problem.!
