help how to unlock sp lock using cpf

some ones in this forum can tell me how to unlock sp lock using cpf.please .iam very confused when i using cpf box to unlock service provider lock cause no sp lock button in cpf box . and when i was used infinyty box to unlock sp lock .infinyty box can do it easy.cause infinyty box has sp lock button to do sp lock .but i still sure cpf box can do sp lock like infinyty box.cause cpf box the best box too.but i still confuse to do that.i hope every body here can give me some explaination how to sp lock using cpf thank you.

1. read and backup your firmware phone...
2. use auto format...

maybe the team will be more detail to explain this problem ...

i have been do this .but still no effect.sim 1 still provider lock and sim 2 cannot be used .4 example i format nexian htg 11 bundling indonesia operator telkomsel.when i push auto button format .that way make my phone cell trouble.sim 1 still operator locked and sim 2 cannot be used . please cpf team or some ones in this forum can give me some explanation about service provider lock .and how to unlock service provider using cpf box.thanx you
