I dont know why CPF2 can detect USB for SPD CPU?

Mates I am a new user of CPF2 BOX I have bought it for SPD, but unfortunately Since I have bought it I couldn't remove any password of SPD or Farmat it because when I want to detect SPD by CP2 it cant detect Usb and always PC shows usb device not recognized,although I have done step by step as manuals and videos in forum and Im sure that phones I'm trying is SPD for example I'm trying to remove ZTC999 password , first of all I Identified CPU it is(* CPU type: SPD
* RX = 5 TX = 3 nBoot = 4) but when I wan to detect USb it shows usb device not recognized in PC.

Please help and guide how to detect SPD by CPF2 BOX .

check it step by step
1. define cpu if it spd
2. define pinouts and save
3. after pinout done remove pover cables from set and insert fully charged battry
4. go to my computer property>hardware>device manager>Ports(com&lpt)
and check frequntly
now attach cpf cable that u define and insert batry u will saw a new hard ware will found its done now check its com here and close device manager
5. now select com that u saw in device manager
and do what u want
