I think instead a new user spend hours to find how to connect it, if noooxBOx add a Sticky Tutorial or FAQs , that will be highly appricated.

I just bought Nooox Box and trying to Unlock NOkia N95 seems i am using right cable and right connections if i m not wrong, but i cannot read the phone.
why is it so?

I am using Mini5P BB5-003 cable

but phone is not respoding..

manual on the way

you need to connect

gnd
bsi
vpp

then press unlock/read phone

then you must press power ON button

then software can read infos from phone

do i need to disconnect mini usb cable at botoom or shud remain connected. also i have tried exactly as you descvribed but still no response, it say waiting for phone....

and nothing happens

no need to disconect the mini usb.After done that if its still not responding than press the power switch .

I talked about this issue sometime back but i wonder till now the product supporter for this has failed to give us a manual,faq or any thing of that kind i bought this box but i just kept it like a picture in my repair shop so its high time they should start thinking not leting people wast the forum space with the same questions

#1: manual is ready now and i post it after correction.
#2: it´s not so difficult to unlock 5200, 5300,..

You can start with these easy models! And you have a success.
#3: Even if i post the manual and FAQ i´m 100% sure that the most people continue asking and don´t read FAQ or manual first.

dont waste your time asking for the guide coz the product supporter doesnt know how to start writting the guide hes product is even hard for him to use thats why its hard for him to make guides,faqs or manuals, for sure i have your product but its a space waster in my shop fortunetly i have other products that keep me going
