| i think you didnt understand what i said.. anyway ! let me explain you from begning ..i bought two new NOOOX box from your agent in Pakistan MARHABA Int. Trading Co. Lahore Pakistan, one box for my self and another one for my Friend, and date was Friday 24 October 2008 . well ! after one Day at Sunday 26 October i tried to Unlocked a 2 Mobiles (6300 & 5200) but it wasn't working. Than i tried ti open with my friend's NOOOX box and its done, sunday your agent was closed so next day i ringed him and toled him about this metter he asked me to send NOOOX box back for checking. well ! next day (tuesday) 28 october i send him NOOOX box by TCS mail service. after 2 days he told me on phone that your BOX is ready in working position. i recieve back my NOOOX box after 2 days (thursday 30/10/2008) in evening. well ! next day mean friday i was day off. saturday ( once again i got same probblem and stataway i called him and informed him about that metter. he said you bring BOX here by your self so tomorow i'm going Lahore that is 200 miles for to my city. So ! now what i want to tell you that BOX doing probblem from 1st day when i bought and i'm sure this box was for claim and he sold it to me. now i'm really worried about it that if he don't claim me statway what i 'll do b because i don't have any other BB5 BOX . Now i think so every thing is on front of you .. now its upto you how your company will help me to come out from this probblem. i 'll be thank full to you and your company.Thanks ! |
