Help with S5230

I have a S5230, and when i follow the SRS instructions to unlock my cellphone, i can't get the cellphone to enter qualcomm mode (*#782872#), it just goes to a different numberpad screen. Help anyone?

No for this model you really need COM+USB cable
Example:
http://handy-style.com/index/cat194/2632

I don't have an schematic for the cable. You can also buy this cable at other places such as IPmart.

If you are talking about the Samsung drivers (2G); you can get them from the website:
http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com/samsungdownloads.php

Its just an .exe installer to install them.

Accordind to your first link, phone uses COM for communication and USB for current supply. Is it true?
