Clip not find - GSM-Forum

I got a brand new Vodastar clip. I never used it before and want to update to latest firmware 3.5

I connect usb cable to pc and to USB-in while holding the unlock button. The led is green/red and windows detects it as firmware upgrade. I start upgrade_3.50 and click connect. The soft keeps saying searching clip, clip not find. What am i missing here. I tried also on other pc.

Help needed

u just have to be sure drivers instaled correct or not
and be sure in device manager in your computer detect USB device " Firmware Upgrade "

When i install drivers windows is telling me that the device is switched off or something like that.

Can there be other drivers?

Have tried to update with 3 different laptops now, all same problem. I use clip drivers from support site but can't install it properly. What am i missing.

Connect clip to USB with button pressed
install drivers
than drivers are not correctly installed (why is that)
can't update it (clip not find)

Is it necessary to use external power for the clip???????

Maybe the drivers are not good because i tried everything to install it. What can be so difficult to install drivers and believe me, i know how to install something. Can someone please give me the good drivers for this new clip. I am not been able to use it since it arrived.

i tried to install them and in a new laptop without any other box driver installed into and still can't install the drivers.I spend 1 day trying to install them and no result
