Well when i trying to Download new Setup of Vodafone Star clip i.e 3.5 , then my Eset Node32 catching it as Virus , So i am unable to download Setup , So plz help me in it , and i dont want to download this Setup by Disabling mine Anti virus ...

all updates r checked and fully SCANNED by antivirus ,so dont think setup has virus

if u cant disable nod32 we cant help u

Tried to update...
successfull..
disconected clip
reconected but , flashing led red green and still detect as firmware upgrade.

reconect to update program and see result: updated clip but still firmware upgrade detected.

What should I do now?

Upgraded without problem but when i try to read code on V810
It say
reading log
Log readed

But no code

Hi,

I am Having trouble installig drivers for the update,
THE installation of driver keeps failing, Tried on several pcs same problem.

Any suggestion?

some errors like
Error code 1
error code 18
error code 22

device could not start
device disabled
reinstall drivers for device

these are some erors I encounter on SEVERAL (3) PC.

Of course I did exactly like in pictures
of course used new drivers

But still not work

Hi,

I get the same problem as Raklm,

This situation remind me of vk200 unlocking,........ as installing drivers for it is also difficult.

1=restart ur pc in safe mode
2=attach clip
3=go in device manager
4=uninstall clip drivers
remove clip
5=restart in normall mode
6=install drivers

the steps above had no efect - drivers could not install still

it seems there is a problem with WdfCoInstaller01005.dll on some PCs maybe because of previous drivers installed
had the same pb as raklm and got it working (install driver) just in the 4th PC
and vodafone 725 unlocked OK
