V710 user code reading problem

Hi. When i try to read user code from this V710 I get this:
Searching clip...
Clip connected...
Reading log...
Log readed...

Nothing more...
I pressed "REad Usercode" just after I have keypad light as stated in manual, but could not get user code...
Any idea?
Thanks to all...
