How to know what version is your vodafonestar clip and how to update? coz when I tried updating my vodafone star then pressing connect it says that clip connected but the Upgrade Clip Option is grayed out...what should I do? thanks and more power to all...

try to download latest ee from support

ver 4.21

connect clip in update mode

press update button

still u face prob contact me on msn or snorok

now the unit is detected and the upgrade button is active but when i press upgrade it fails..so please do advice...thanks!
