sorry it was voda uk the customer is wrong so i used 23415 imsi
phone now is unlocked but no network

Please turn on pin option ( Sim card security option ) of your sim card and post result, :-) Please dont blame directectly to card , that is your your customer mistake lol , no issues if you are agree i can edit your post

i tied with an other sim from tunisie telecom(60502) it says code puk but the card is ok

try to change different preset settings, you can edit and try new, you will find working setting automatically, after that please sent it to us, so we can add it and next update it will work automatically, sorry for inconv.
