for lg u400 use imsi 0010101234567893
preset 111111111111111

if u dont get network than , put power sim to another fone and it ll take network , than insert back to ur lg u400 . keep in mind fone settings shud be automatic . for automatic settings go to settings -- network -- location place --- automatic
after that go to tools -- security-- pin -- enable ( pin shud be any no u want ) than restart ur fone , ur fone ll ask for pin code enter pin code but dont press ok , after entereing pin code wait for 20 seconds than press ok after that fone ll get network 100%%%%%%%%
