Rebel SIM don't work in N95 8GB, why?

In N95 8GB firmware generic EURO1 V 30.0.018 23-07-08 works (available in September 2008)

But in N95 8GB latest generic firmware EURO1 V 31.0.015 07-11-08 don't work (available in January 2009)

friend can you post here how you try to unlock which setting you've used ?
actually right now not have phone in my hand for test, asap i'll try to get phone for test, then give you exactly report about that

I used all settings without sucesfully unlocking. In rebel sim I and II.

The product code of N95 8GB EURO1 is 0549487.
Use NSS to change it.
In EURO1 V 30.0.018 23-07-08 works.
But in EURO1 V 31.0.015 07-11-08 don't work

All Nokia Models Are Supported up to this Date of Firmwares.

Press *#0000# in to any nokia and you can the date of the Firmware.

If you have a date of firmware date lower than 04/2008 then you can unlock using Rebel Simcard I or II

for firmwares after this date no unlock card solution.
