Can't get Z170 to QXDM mode - GSM-Forum

Hello, when I input *#782872# on the phone, it displays

Press Back Key
TMCommand:1118

On the screen, and when I plug the USB cable, it still seeks for the CDMA drivers. (I won't use the QXDM ones)

Unlocking then fails

If I press back, it goes back to main screen, and unlock still fail.

Any ideas ?

Try entering: *#9998*324# and then the '9' and the '6' (if you don't get into a new menu after the first code don't bother with the 9 and 6 key)

I had to reset the phone, but in the end it said it worked. I'm going abroad tomorrow, so I'll be able to check if it worked.

Now, I'm disappointed that even if you said on your website that there is unbranding available for the phone, there is no file available on your server for it.

we added some firmwares to both support server,
you can use the support logon client to get them

A little precision: the correct code to access debug menu was *#197328640#
