cant unlock zv40 why?

9:58:17 AM - GETTING MEMDATA FROM PHONE
9:58:20 AM - SENDING DATA TO SERVER
9:58:22 AM - MSL Code1: 257181
9:58:23 AM - GETTING DATA FROM PHONE
9:58:26 AM - ERROR: NO RESPONSE ON COMPORT

Check Comport and make sure you are using the dual umts cable or switch the phone in QXDM Mode

Please Check cable Connection and Phonemode

where can i buy dual umts cable?????

You can buy one for example at ipmart.com but that was not really the point, it is a lot easier if you just put the phone in QXDM mode (if you also want to unlock same model of course)
