iwant to remove password of my dell labtop
what is a complet stage.

Hi,

It is very easy, when your computer is asking for BIOS password (note we only remove BIOS pw not anything else) you see a BIOS TAG. Write this down.
Start our IMEI Remote Server client software. Select your BIOS type fill out the tag and press 'calc' button. Our client will give you master bios password in couple seconds.

If your computer isn't asking for master password yet enter the password wrong for 3 times in a row then it will ask for it. Note you need 6 credits for bios pw calc.
