| Help Unlocking Samsung T919 I have purchased the code and downloaded the software but have been unable to unlock my phone. Drivers are installed correctly. This is this is the error I get... Booting phone in testmode ERROR: PHONE NOT FOUND Check Comport and make sure you are using the dual umts cable or switch the phone in QXDM Mode Failed.. cannot bypass MSL What can I do? |

| I figured out how to put the phone in QXDM Mode and now get this error message Locating Remote server... Getting data from server. Failed.. cannot bypass MSL Any ideas on what do to? |

| please carefully read the manual: Samsung Remote unlock Server >> SRS Manuals and follow it step-by-step. Do no try to rush it, if you follow the manual and read it carefully you have an unlocked phone within 10 minutes. If you try to rush it / skip steps it will take you longer. As for your problem, please post complete logs this helps us determine what goes wrong. Based on what you give us now I'm guessing your com port and modem port numbers are wrong or your drivers are not yet installed (properly).
