Howto: Unlock Samsung I7500 Galaxy - GSM-Forum

- Type in on Phone: *#197328640#
- Go to menu 9, then menu 4, and then select option 1
- Restart Phone
- Go to settings > then option Applications > then Development
- Set USB Debugging to OFF and then set back to ON

now connect phone to computer and install the drivers
they are located in c:\program files\samsung remote client\drivers

in SRS select the correct port (see devicemanager ports com&lpt) and press direct unlock

Not supported yet, if someone can send us an i7500L phone we can work on it

Hi,
I have a problem : SRS don't found the right com port, even when I put the right number , it don't wants open the port and I have a windows with error code 8002

I found an error in the port config module, it will only work with the first 16 ports.. will solve this in next release..

as work-around, change the comport to < 17 (so 1 till 16)

Ok, I change the port to 9, but it's allways the same thing : SRS don't founds the rigth com port.

are you sure correct port is selected ? and phone is in diagmode ?
you need to change the phone diagport to <16 (so not the modem)
