i cannot unlock any phone using srs - GSM-Forum

I just bought pro account for srs samsung last month,but till now I can't unlcok one phone using srs,for example: t669b, b7330b, t746,a886 etc,I have installed all the drivers,rescan port is good,but everytime entering the test mode ,it failed. but,even,i don't do any thing, shut off srs,using z3x samsung, the phone unlocked. i really don't know what's the problem. I have already installed pc studio and kies also.
need help!

I don't know why the forum won't let me upload the image, it alwaya shows:
Communication Error: PCOM001

Possible Causes:
- Wrong port selected. (press RESCAN)
- Samsung Drivers not installed
- Phone not in PC-Studio mode

Also check when your using a serial cable, if there is an connector for a 9 volt battery on the cable, in that case you MUST connect the battery to the cable (red/black wire with clip)

un-install pc-studio and kies
those programs are locking the port so you cannot unlock your phone

and follow our dynamic manual for the models you are trying to unlock:
Samsung Remote unlock Server >> Manuals >> Unlock and repair by cable >> Samsung unlock (& repair)

Do not skip any of the steps.
