I have a problem to Unlock T959 Android 2.1

TRYING to unlock new android 2.1 on your server T959 but failed

- Getting data from phone
- Phone Model: GT-I9000
- Current Firmware: T959UVJI6
- Factory Firmware: UVJFD
- Phone Imei: 351801040324648
- Analysing Security.. Please wait


- ERROR: No data from phone, make sure the phone is in USB debug mode, and the drivers are installed

-- Operation done in 23 secon


I TRY T UNLOCK BUT ERROR


my credits goes to nothing .... where is support team?

I'm using orig cable

Hi,

Support team is where you need to contact support on the website where you bought the credits, or here. However asking for support normally would help also. Also I replied to your PM also before already.

What you need to do is ROOT your phone before unlocking as I told you before also.

You opened the ticket less then 3 hours ago and now you have an answer. I'm sorry we didn't reply to you within 5 minutes.

By the way you ordered at: Unlock Samsung Online - Remote Unlock Server EN - Samsung Simlock Removal so you should actually contact that website for support.
