Hi,

Please use latest client and try a 'direct unlock'. If you that doesn't work try 'read unlock codes' but make sure there is a simcard inside the phone.

I use v10.0.29 to read code but get error . I also try direct unlock but tool said new security then auto try it with read code unlock but get error

and did you try with simcard inside?? If so then it is new security check if there is a dump file from your phone in the 'dump' folder in SRS install folder and send it to SSA

yes, i'm sure that phone have sim inside, It is T-Mobile simcard . I had see dump file from dump folder now i upload here .

please use the attached beta version.. this is only the program file + db
unpack it in c:\program files\simlock remote client

now try to unlock your phone again.. this should solve the problem.

Phone had same error . i put phone in qualcomm mode and put orginal simcard insise .


Direct unlock not ok

Booting phone in testmode
