i 897 not unlocking srs team please help i need this phone unlock

I897 is one of those adb phones, for this phone basically the same thing counts as for I9000:
Samsung Remote unlock Server >> SRS blog

As for problem solving:
1. Check if there are files called ADNV_xxxxx in: c:\program files\simlock remote client\dump\

and

2. Do following:
1 click start > Run
2 type CMD
3 in the dosbox enter: 'adb shell cat /efs/nv_data.bin >c:\test1.dat" without the quotes.
4 sent me the file c:\test1.dat per email to [email protected]

If you get any errors let us know. File should be 2mb.

Also did you do any firmware upgrading?

permission denied that error i am getting

in that case you need root access on your phone, system was not able to read the nv-data
