Is it possible by IMEI and how long does it last for code to deliver?
I wanted to order one code but wanted to be sure as i see that there is no such phone mentioned in this SRS subforum at all.

Any advice

Hi,

This phone is not supported by Simlock Remote Server by cable. However we at Samsung Unlock at home! - Samsung Remote Server, 'Think, Save $, Unlock'. Unlock and repair Samsung are able to unlock this phone by IMEI, IF the phone is locked in Europe!

Check; Samsung Remote unlock Server >> Unlock Samsung I9000

We are also looking into adding the I9000 to our cable solution of course.

Best regards,

How can I check its locks? I think that it is locked to Europe because it has come from one of the european countries. Is it risky if it is not from Europe for me to loosing logs?

BR

I checked the locks using *#7465625# and found nothing useful there, except that tells me that the phone is Network Locked". Also software version is now I9000XXJP3, the one that I flashed because it had Pattern lock and I was unable to hardreset for removing it, so I flashed the phone with that version.

Hi,

You have no idea on what network it is locked? Where did you buy the phone?
Unlock by IMEI does not directly work with credits, it is just one time sale / product. If phone is not locked in Europe IMEI will be rejected however we would strongly prefer you do check this in advance as when this happens and you require a refund because of this it will cost me a lot of extra work / time.

There are no codes whatsoever to check on what network it is locked however your Firmware version is;
XX= Austria,Benelux,France,Germany,Hungary,Italy,Spain ,UK
so I would guess it is European phone, however it is pretty easy to change firmware at distri centre or something so can't be sure based on that.

Best regards,

OK. I told you that I changed my firmware version by myself because it had pattern lock and I was unable to determine the Country according to originally installed firmware code, but I asked my customer and he tells me that his phone came from Slovenian networks. So I am going to ask code by IMEI in SRS for this phone.
