| Just too funny to keep for ourselves: As all website owners will probably know, now and then you get reactions / complaints from people visiting your website which are well honestly just tooo stupid because people have an inability to read (out of laziness mostly). Normally we just reply as normal as we can instructing them to read the information we provide. However now we got a feedback / complaint message which was just too funny. Posted on http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com : email: xxxxx Message: my complient NO. for repairing my washing machine is 8412086435 registered on 26 FEB 10. even after three days no-body attended the compliant. Finally ,I my self identified the fault and rectified. IS it the way Samsung attend to a compliant ?. It is very very bad. I never expected from an international company. Expecting an answer !!!!. xxxxx I do however think it is impressive he fixed his washing machine himself |
