Member: 69331 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | need to unlock T-mobile USA samsung behold T919 My phone is now showing "Phone Freeze SIM unavailable Please contact service provider". I'm supposed to choose "t919" and click "Read unlock codes" but the problem is that option is greyed out. The only option i can choose is "Direct unlock" which i know does not work if the phone is frozen. So, what can i do ? Thank you. |

Member: 69331 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | I have used "direct unlock" and it said done. But when i put a different sim into the phone, it still said "phone freeze sim unavailable". My reseller unlocksamsungonline.com said i should use "read unlock codes" but it is not available. They did give me a credit back into the account for me to try again. I'm just lost as what i should do. Thanks for replying. |

Member: 23420 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3,080 | check the modem port in de device manager (click on devicemager > modems) search qualcomm usb modem, right click, and choose properties go to tab advanced > advanced port settings note down the port number and use this as modemport in the client now do direct unlock and your lock and freeze are gone problem exist when wrong port is selected for modem(because t919 also have NMEA port (GPS)) so when manualy select correct port.. all will be fine |
