Problem in unlock M2510 - GSM-Forum

I have problem in unlock for model M2510.
I tried the options m2310 and M2510 and can not unlock.

power off phone
now connect to computer
battery will be charging, now press rescan in client, then direct unlock

btw i also add you to msn messenger, in case it not work we need to make some test, maybe you have different firmware in phone than our test phone

15:07:52 - UNLOCKING PHONE .FAILED

You can also try to read out the codes via READ CODES button

Now i tried by read codes:

This phone is not supported for Unlock/ Read codes yet ! Available options: Reset usercode, Imei Repair, SN Repair

Now by phone off charging batery:

Rescanning ports...
Detected COM1 - STATUS: READY
Detected COM3 - STATUS: READY
