hi,
i'm facing problem in unlocking my S7350i

Booting phone in testmode
20:56:14 - BOOT DONE.
20:56:14 - GETTING DATA FROM PHONE
20:56:14 - MSL SERIAL:
20:56:16 - FIRMWARE:
20:56:16 - UNIQUEKEY:
20:56:16 - IMEI:
20:56:17 - EXTENDED SEED ANALYSE: ACTIVATED
20:56:18 - PHONE SEED:
20:56:18 - SENDING DATA TO SERVER.. PLEASE WAIT..
20:56:18 - ERROR: WRONG DATA FROM PHONE (UNIQUEKEY)

Failed.. cannot bypass MSL

same after reset with *2767*3855#

plz help

The client instructs you to put the phone in QXDM (Qualcomm) mode with code *#782872# please do this and install the drivers, then press rescan to set the correct ports

after this you can use the direct unlock button, all this info is also in the clients manual when you select your phone model.. please follow these steps, then all will be fine...

is exactly what i already done

-samsung PC studio is deinstalled
-Qualcomm drivers are installed
-QXDM Mode *#782872# is on
-com port is ok, according to device manager

communication pc-phone looks good
but the result is same...

the phone work properly only with original SIM if i try to use different SIM card is frozen.
shall i before unlock repair it with SRS?

go to device manager > ports com&lpt
here you see Qualcomm diagnostic port with a port number behind it
select this port as COMPORT

then go to devicemanager > modems
here you see Qualcomm modem port, right click on it, and go properties
then choose tab advanced > advanced port settings here you see the comport number, select this port as modemport in the client

then click unlock

the error you describe is caused by wrong port selection or missing driver installation.

Okay so its new security firmware, then use READ CODES to extract the codes

i see in the server log your issue is solved..

Remove Credit: Qualcomm MSL3 S7350i - IMEI:358194030978505 - Codes: MCK:93138616 NCK:57485047 SP:00000000
