samsung I617 not working on SRS - GSM-Forum

hello

i have a Samsung i617, SRS Unlock attempted fail.
this is what i get on SRS

Rescanning ports...
Detected COM3 - STATUS: READY (COM)
Detected COM4 - STATUS: READY (TIME-OUT)

then press direct unlock

Communication Error: PCOM001

Possible Causes:
- Wrong port selected. (press RESCAN)
- Samsung Drivers not installed
- Phone not in PC-Studio mode

Also check when your using a serial cable, if there is an connector for a 9 volt battery on the cable, in that case you MUST connect the battery to the cable (red/black wire with clip)

-- Operation done in 18 seconds -

change settings on comport.... do not work

please help me
