samsung I8000 [Solved]

I've problem unlocked my samsung I8000

wrong port selected: in control panel the mobile modem diagnostic serial port is 4(when I scan show me ready(time-out)?)

samsung drivers instaled from your database SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe 12.1 MB 2010-May-23

Desinstall pc-studio

I've 1 problem with data connection. I select elect USB > Modem (Diag USB) with command. can't access to phone with this drivers

I8000 omnia II
original mini usb
windows7
when I scan ports the 4 port show ready(time-out)

when I click direct unlock

"Communication Error: PCOM001

Possible Causes:
- Wrong port selected. (press RESCAN)
- Samsung Drivers not installed
- Phone not in PC-Studio mode

Also check when your using a serial cable, if there is an connector for a 9 volt battery on the cable, in that case you MUST connect the battery to the cable (red/black wire with clip)

with drivers of microsoft I pass dataconnection file to phone. With this drivers and without them, the problem is the same

Communication Error: PCOM001

if you have pc-studio / kies / active sync open on your pc please close those

else download dataconnection.exe to the phone (you find it in go support > drivers) and execute on phone

I desinstalled this program
With microsoft mobile I copy dataconnection to phone and execute on this
