Samsung M1/ i6410 unlock unsuccessful?

Dear SRS/ Salami,,

I purchased online credits and as guided unlocked my Samsung M1. However I am still unable to make calls. In the right top corner it shows calls not allowed icon.

When I try to check IMEI no, it is blank and says IMEI not active.

Note I had done factory reset after SRS client promoted me to do so. All the messaged were success, still my phone is useless.

Sir please help ... Let me know if you want me to post my SRS logon ID here. Trillion thanks in advance.

Regards,
Poor Chap

My SRS account code is SRS019162

The lock status shows * in front of all the disabled statuses - I think that means all the locks are disabled?

I hope still something can be done with this handset - preferrably remotely.

Many thanks,
Poor Chap

Have you been using any free reset codes or free unlock software by any chance?

Sounds like you damaged your IMEI and that is why you can not connect with the network (thus 'not allowed').
