Member: 3941 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 636 |  Samsung SC01B & I8000 unlock instructions 1. Download DataConnection.zip from support servers a. 'Start' -> 'Programs' -> 'Simlock Remote client'-> 'SRS Support servers' b. Login using your SRS username and password c. Go to folder 'Samsung Drivers' and download 'DataConnection.zip' to your computer 2. Unzip DataConnection.exe to MMC card 3. Run 'dataconnection.exe' via phone explorer. - and select phone usb 4. Uninstall Active Sync software and disable / uninstall any other sync software that might interfere with the phone connection (e.g. PC studio Software) 5. Type: *#9090# then choose - 1 Uart_null_usb_diag 6. Set your phone in Active Sync mode (connection mode) 7. Connect your phone to your computer with the microUSB cable 8. Install Shrewsburry drivers available at C:\Program Files\Simlock Remote Client\Drivers\Shrewsbury (You can use same instructions to install QXDM drivers from SRS manual) 9. Start 'Samsung Remote Client' 10. Login with your SRS username and password 11. Select your phone model 12. Press 'rescan' 13. Click 'direct unlock' and follow instructions when needed. 14. done If you have trouble please check drivers in Device Manager. Sometimes the 'rescan' doesn't work properly because built-in modems on your computer and you have to set the Com Port number manually, in your Device manager you need the 'Samsung DIAGPORT under 'Modems' or under 'Ports'. |
