SAMSUNG T669 Direct unlock is not working!

Unfreeze code is not working.

I tried 2 times!!!
But direct unlock is not work!!
And unfreeze code is not work!!
Maybe I lost 40 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please return my money or please give me a solution!!!!!
