officially not, client only support GSM models not CDMA/Dual
however i got some reports from users they succeeded in unlocking this model by selecting L870 model with bruteforce method

but we're not able to confirm this because i didn't had the phone here for testing.

remember that brute force can take up to 8 hours. I believe however the person reporting success with the I770 did in in like 3 or 4 hours.
