SGH-T669 Unfreeze code is not working!!!!!


Please return my credit!!!
When I pushed direct unlock button.
But the phone is not unlocked.
So when I entered code manually.
Unfreeze code isn't accept!!!
Please return my credit or please give me a unfreeze solution!!
I don't want lost my credit.

Hi,

You need to do 'direct unlock' as CLEARLY stated in our manual:
Samsung Remote unlock Server >> Manuals >> Unlock and repair by cable >> Samsung T669 unlock (& repair)

*If you have 'Phone freeze' with the Samsung T669(b) model use 'direct unlock' function and the phone will be unlocked + unfrozen!

Contact your seller to try again.

Sir I was tried with direct unlock button.
When it was finished unlocked. But my device was not unlocked.
!!!!!! Please return my credit!!
