Member: 1400 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 77 | Do you mean that there is no way? When I hit the "keypad" the phone responds and asks for the code. You think that even if I have the correct code, the phone will not accept it? Thanks for replying. |

Member: 3941 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 636 | As SSA already said our software is perfectly able to read the unfreeze code from your phone HOWEVER; the T669 has a BUG in the phone and due this BUG the phone will not accept the unfreeze code. This means unfreezing is currently impossible Perhaps Samsung can solve this in a firmware update? (SSA? I'm not if this is possible though). Anyway lets hope for that. B.r. |

Member: 1400 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 77 | Hallo again and happy birthday!!! I tried to get the codes, but didn't succeed.Although the software reads the com and the modem port, when I press read codes,I get error phone not found. It is configured as qualcom mode, and windows XP recognizes the device.I tried with normal simcard, and with test simcard.Note that the phone is in freeze state. What can be wrong? |

Member: 23420 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3,080 | check in device manager > ports com&lpt for the qualcomm diagnostic port, enter this port number as comport in the client now in device manager check for qualcomm modem port, right click > properties > advanced port settings > note down the port number and use that port as modem in the client also make sure you have tools like "pc-studio" etc disabled on your pc |
