| Hi, You have selected wrong com port and modem port. Please follow our manual to install the necessary drivers (QXDM) and make sure port settings are correct. Samsung Remote unlock Server >> SRS Manuals and Samsung Remote unlock Server >> SRS Manuals Best regards, |

| y try anithing drivers and not se r 'Samsung HS-USB Diagnostics 9002 on divice manager in com and ltp if any of you have that drivers? only see in modem -samsung cdma modem anything else i only install the drivers in simlockremote client/driver/samsung.is the only works for me if i go to simlockremoteclient/drivers/QXDM.NOTHING COMES.PLEASE HELPME |

| you need to put the phone in qualcomm modes first as also instructed in the manual and in the client by typing *#782872# then connect and when the pc ask for drivers put to the qxdm directory |

| Again please 'read' the manual. This is all very clearly described in the manual step-by-step. Trust me when you actually read the manual it all is a lot faster and easier, please do not think you already know how to do it and the manual is not for you. Read for 5 minutes and have a unlocked phone in next 5 minutes. Do not read and spend a few hours in trying to figure it out.. |

| thanks a lot!! the problem is my english is to bad!! i have to put first *#782872# and touch nothing in the phone then go to divice manager and update driver for com and ltp port then restart the computer put the phone *#782872# and instal the drivers for the modem not in qxdm.y found in drivers/samung for the modem but final put the correct com port for the usb and boalaa!!!my phone is now unlocked!!!thanks!! |
