| flash phone again with the UnlockOK file from support, then phone is back alive.. some phones have issue with unlock.. we're working on this issue right now..  |

| Is the issue some are having is once the app get uploaded it get stuck in a loop. Ie on the samsung boot up screen it loads 2/3 of the way and than restart itself. If reflash the phone it's fine again but obviously not unlock |
