Hi All,

First of all our apologies for the inconvenience due to our website (www.unlocksamsungonline.com) not being available.

Our current hosting Host1Plus.net is so incredibly bad our website hasn't been available for more then 20 hours due to 'network issues' as they put it.

We are already working on setting up new servers at different hoster but this won't be finished until somewhere next week. We hope they get the website back up soon but they have been promising 'in about an hour' all day now.

This is the second time in 7 days they have failed us for more then 10hours in a row.

So for ALL webmasters and people owning a website a word of caution;
NEVER host your website with Host1Plus.com (.net)

Worthless support, worthless uptime, unstable Mysql server and just generally slow.

For support place your problem here on the forum for the moment (email isn't working either).
To order you can also use the Dutch support site; www.unlocksamsungonline.nl (also available in English)

Update about status:

Our website has been down for about 2 almost 3 days. We have temporarily moved to another server. The server where our site was hosted has been taken hostage by the owner of the data centre due to us unknown reasons (we can only guess). This means we have no access to our last and most up-to-date data from our database.

The website is now partially running again, the most important downloads such as the SRS installer is working again and the drivers also (most come with the installer anyway but still).

We are setting up new servers at a (hopefully) more reliable hosting and we hope to have this done somewhere coming week. Hopefully we eventually do get access again to our data on the old server otherwise we will have to make a fresh start as the major back ups were also stored on that server (a mistake we won't make again!!)

Also our email sales@unlocksamsungonline.com is working again. Soon we will also put the support ticket system back online (however all previous existing tickets won't be there for now).
Again our apologies for the mess and any inconvenience this might have caused you.
