gm box repairing motorola esn - GSM-Forum

Hello Gino

I have tried many times to repair esns on Motorola W315 and Qa30 and the gmbox starts processing but always get esn write error. I have flashed the phones to generic and tried again since the phones were originally alltel but still have the same problem. I am using windows xp and have been trying to get the gm box to work for over 60days not and it has not been successful on any of the models listed. I am using oem data cables and connecting directly to the computer and I am using the latest gmbox sw. Can you please help me.

than let me know, exactly model and firmware are you trying.
If any software conflict, I will try to fix your problem remotely.

Porfavor ayudame con los problemas que tengo. Hasta horita el gmbox no me trabajado con ningun de los modelos que tengo. Me das esn write error en todos.

Trate con con gmbox 1.3.1 y 1.3.5

w315 Alltel y Verizon
qa30 Alltel y trate con DST
ve465 dice not supported
ve20 dice que no reconoce el firmware version

Papa prueba en otra pc ya que a mi me paso algo parecido y era un conflicto con la raiz usb de la laptop..
