Pls I need to know if this phone is unlockable or not before buying the tool. I have about 150 pcs of this particular model( c209s) to unlock.

huawei c209s its pospaid and no network how to unlock all sim
i connect the set with cdma workshop and i write spc and rim only after that when i insert any cdma sim show invalid card anyone plz how to unlock it
