i send ask to server monday , server accept ask after trying 2 week
and i'm waiting from monday till now and nothing received !!!

As everyone knows, the RPL service is extremely slow with only 5 RPLs being processed per day so only add them if you are prepared to way a considerable time.

and about using new server u sad from 6h -to 24h , till now nothing received ??

You really can't seem to understand that nobody can do RPLs at this time, can you?
Anyway, yesterday www.askrpl.com was working ok, you can try to add now and see if it's back.
