Furious activation has not been completed

I ordered a MTK ACT 8-Pack + 1 Year Free Support Order ID: 6073424301 / 2010-12-02 18:29:29 and has not received my activation was in vain I wrote an e-mail, message, and I got a ticket response I completed the payment on paypal and I would expect compensation for it.
