I keep getting unknown error when trying to update, I have not been able to use GCPro key Since I purchased, Ionly unlocked about 2 phones...

About your issue you try to make frp 5 time even after software show you error on first try.
Solution is UPDATE os to 6.x or newer.
For refund contact live chat and provide them your card sn.
